Restore

Restore
All morphological and physiological processes of healthy plant growth, which results in optimum yields and quality, is dependent on the mineral content of the plants. Minerals are essential for the activation of all growth mechanisms within the plants.

There are many minerals which do not form part of conventional fertilization programmes but which are essential for many growth processes of plants. Restore supplements the plants with these very specific minerals.
The secondary metabolic system of plants provides all the resistance mechanisms needed by plants. This secondary metabolic system is extremely dependent on other physiological paths of which the Pentose Phosphate path is the most important and as is the case with many other processes within plants NADP is needed and reduced to NADPH. For normal plant growth to take place the NADPH must be oxidized to NADP and this oxidation process is the function of the mitochondrian (the power station of the cell) and this process is known as the Glutamate Path. Part of this path is the component known as Proline (anti-freeze).

The speed at which all these routes and processes operate is determined by a specific enzyme known as the AP5C Synthase or more commonly known as the Rate Determining Enzyme. Restore contains unique minerals which activates this enzyme as well as many other processes in plants which promote optimum plant growth.

Indicators

Indicators of plants with low mineral content:
  • Susceptible to plant stress factors - heat, cold, drought, chemical sprays.
  • Fruit abortion.
  • Lower quality of produce (colour, taste and shelf life).
    Alternative yields.
    Poor root development.
Plants are more susceptible to diseases and insects.

Advantages of Restore:

  • Protection of plants against cold, heat and drought.
  • Improved photosynthesis.
  • Increased plant metabolism.
  • Improved plant health.
  • Recovery of plants damaged by herbicides and chemical sprays.
  • Optimal and balanced growth of plants.
  • Improved yields and quality of produce.
  • Plants less susceptible to alternative yields.
